It has been almost a week since my horrific experience at the Reno Spur and I have not heard back from the Head Office after I logged my complaint. Could it be that the standard of customer care has dropped? What happened that Monday night? It was the 30th of December, our spirits were high and we were talking about our plans for the New Year, everyone was happy, excited even. I took a bite of some SERIOUSLY burnt onion rings, it was bad, no no bad doesn't not describe how foul the taste was. I told the waiter and manager the issues and she acknowledged the onions ring were cooked in BAD OIL. She told us that if she were to make more, they would be just as bad. After that she just looked at us silent for about half a minute and we were shocked she didn't suggest a solution. I could have had my burger anywhere else but I LOVED the Spur onion rings. The real shocker came when we noticed that the kept serving the onion rings to other customers. As we were paying out bill I was on my phone sending the Head Office a notification of what had happened at one of the franchises. Needless to say that was also a waste, THEY HAVEN'T EMAILED ME BACK.
