I was waiting for service in the queue and there weren't a lot of people so the queue was quick but when I went to the front I first spoke to some other girl that called me to the till point but then she had to attend to the guy that kept speaking over my voice so this girl continued with him.
So, the other girl who was the cashier, I think she was Slindile spoke to me and I told her what I wanted to order. Then she said she needed to look for the order of food at the back because she didn't know whether or not they were out of stock. Anyway I waited for her thinking that she would be back in about two minutes. Because I thought to myself how hard could it be for her to go to the kitchen and ask whether or not they had the food I wanted. Instead there I was waiting and waiting and waiting... until the other girl who was working with Slindile asked me whether I had been served. So I told her about my awkward predicament and she also went back but she was back in a few seconds so I still had to wait for this other girl. So after she had taken her own sweet time she told me she had to take a phone call in the office and after apologizing to me she said they didn't have what I wanted
