The restaurant has non slip black tiles, but near the exit the tiles are shiny. My wife slipped on something sticky that had been dropped on the shiny tiles. She banged her head against the granite counter, fell and fractured her hip. My sister-in-law left our phone number in their accident book. Nobody phoned back. I called in about 6 days later and saw the manager. He said someone would phone back, gave me his email address and also that of Celize. I wrote to both and as of the 2nd January, nobody has contacted me. A hip fracture is extremely painful and more care should be taken by the restaurant to ensure the floors are clean and safe.
