Me and my friend went to burger king for the first time about a week ago. The line actually wasn't that long (took us 5mins to get in) when we did I was in shock. The girl who helped us (I didn't get her name) was so rude! We ordered a milk shake instead of having cool drinks. When she wanted to give us the cups we told her but we wanted the milk shake. She actually pulled her face and got angry and said "but why now? " We said its what we ordered and IT SHOWED on the receipt! Only then she told us, "oh well, you going to have to pay extra for it" we said we don't mind. She looks at us for like a second, pulls her face and sighs and walks away to the milk shake thing. Then we waited a further TWENTY MINUTES for our food.. That girl was really rude. Wish I got her name. But I'm definitely not going back there! Unfriendly staff does not make up for the good food. I'd rather just go to mcdonalds.. Always excellent service
