On Saturday night/Sunday morning I stopped at McDonald in New Redruth to order food but was unable to place my order for 1 Big McMeal as the system was off-line. I was told to wait 15 min for the system to come back on-line. I was obviously very upset and drove all the way to McDonalds in Brackenhurst. At least the system was on-line but I only had a choice between Mc Nuggets and a foldover... which is ridiculous. How does a McDonalds not have a Big McMeal??? Surely this is the most popular item on the menu. If McDonalds can't handle being open 24/7 maybe they shouldn't advertise this. I drove to the Zenex Service station in Hennie Albert road in Meyersdal and found more food at the service station than at McDonalds.
