BAD SERVICE

ITS BEEN A MONTH AND 3 WEEKS SINCE MY LAST COMPLAIN AND I HAVENT RECEIVED POSITIVE RESPONSE.
I RECEIVED THE 1ST AND LAST CALL FROM THE KFC CALL-CENTER AND I WAS PROMISED THAT THE REGIONAL MANAGER WILL CALL ME AND I HAVENT RECEIVED A CALL FROM HIM / HER.
GOES TO SHOW WHAT KIND OF SHOW THEY ARE RUNNING @ KFC.
THEIR SERVICE AND THEY ALL NEED CUSTOMER CARE TRAINING.
