I Applied for the S4 even before the launch date 24 APRIL 2013 and it is a month today that i havent received the phone or any feedback regarding my phone!!! The service is actually pathetic. Phoning the call centre is like finding a needle in a haystack. U are pushed from pillar to post and still no feedback or response! THIS IS RIDICULOUS Service that i get a call 3 times for the colour of my phone which i chose BLACK and still havent received it TO DATE!!!
