On Monday the 7th of January 2013, I contacted Dail Direct to find out if I could claim for my property that was from the truck whiles we where moving. My claim was submitted and I had to report it to the police station, The lady who processed my claim said it was located to Zininzi. I have not heard anything from Zininzi since yesterday the 15th, I had to phone the insurance company everyday to hear what was happening. I have a great lost of my property, only to find out 8days after my claim, that I am only covered for my property if the removal truck is in an accident and my property is damaged, so I am asking myself what if the truck got hi-jacked am I just suppose to pull up my shoulders and say "Ah well my insurance doesn't cover me, thats my loss? " I have never in my life had more pathetic service. As far as I know all other insurance companies covers you whiles you are relocating to a new place. After I even got the replacement quotes for them yesterday so the claim can be finalized as I was told, nothing happened. I am really disapointed to have insurance with Dail Direct, don't even know why I have insurance with them cause they don't cover you when you need it.
