I have contacted Pholosa on several occassions regarding a outstanding cell c account
I have requested from them a detailed statement regard the outstanding amount, they could only supply me with an amount, their call centre staff are not exactly the brightest crayons in the box as I have to explain to them that I do not want a letter stating the amount I want a detailed statement, after a long explanation I was told to contact Cell C, This I have done and the service from cell c is as bad, I am still waiting for the information
and low and behold what do I receive a letter from Pholosa saying I have not contacted them and I must contact them and I must Pay for this Letter

I have news for you go and check my incoming calls where I have spoken to Your call centre staff regarding this

I will not be paying for this letter or any other until you and cell c send me what I require

I suggest you look into your systems and controls before you send out letters
