Good day, I write to request capitec to start producing quality magnetic strips to be printed on their debit cards please!! The cards wear out so fast and now looking at my current debit card it is wearing away too. At merchants they are battling to swipe the card and now this will be the third time I will have to buy a debit card from capitec. Not putting up with this! Capitec is a brilliantr bank but is this debit card made of such qualoity on purpose? It costs me money every time I need to buy a new card and I dont mind if the cards are of decent quality. I request that capitec replace my now worn card and not allow future customers to have this problem. Thank you
