I crashed my bike and started going through the claims process.

I first contacted Yolandi on 14 Feb, it is now 25 march. Every time I have sent any piece of information to her she has simply not responded to say if she has received it or not. I thought at first that she was just being sloppy about not responding to stuff she actually received but she would also not say anything if paperwork did not arrive as expected (namely a missing and essential fax).

Now I know she has all the paperwork she needs from me, I had to work really hard to make sure she got it. Now I'm waiting for someone to come over to assess the damage. Yolandi wont tell me how long this will take.

I asked her once and she responded by forwarding me our last conversation and saying 'see below'. I found no new information.
I asked her again and was informed that the damage will be assessed at some point.
I asked her again and nothing.
I asked her again and nothing.

Every step of this process so far has been like pulling teeth.
