ABSA taking money out of my FATHER's account???

Today we discovered that ABSA is deducting money from my father's savings account for my arrears credit card!
How on earth can they legally deduct money from somebody else's bank account for money that is not owed to them by that person???
I cannot see how they can do that - surely this is completely illegal.
My banking has nothing to do with my father and at NO POINT did he ever sign surety for any of my accounts with ABSA!
My father is a 66 year old pensioner - I don't have the money to replace that money at the moment - what must I tell him now...??!!
Come ABSA, let me hear from you how can you can legally do this???
