Double debit dont they charge enough already!!!

I have 2 existing accounts with Bruma Finance so in December & January they debit my account wrong i get alot of unnessary bank charges. I call them and say listen you guys are debited my account on the wrong datesso i give them the correct date. They then inform me my account is behind i say yes i agree but its not my fault u guys debit on the wrong dates but i will pay an extra R300 per month on the accounts to get it up to date. So end of February comes they debit my account wrong again and debit it again on the 1 March which then went off. Only to my suprise they have debit my account twice and taken off the ectra R300. So that and extra R1450 gone off my account i query this i need to nearly almost draw a picture for them to understand which in the end they say oooo we can see so Isabella told me they will refund it today so today comes only to discover no refund i call again only to be told they will not refund do they know its ilegal to debit money with an acount without permission they say trust financial companies they here to help i say they just want to your only bit of money.
