My Insure account no. 4000233169. I have been with discovery insure for two months. I have been driving like an Angel. Yet my driving grading has gone from Neutral to Basic. I have called the helpline three times.

2745527219 and finally 2753216331. How many times must I call to be told this has been sorted out. I keep on being told that you are elevating it to another level. The last call I was told that I have about 800 plus money that is owed to me through the BP Fuel money back agreement. On the site it shows that I have R20 rand in my Excess Funder Acc. balance. But at the bottom it shows I have ZERO in my Excess Funder Acc. balance. Please can someone tell me what is going on without ESCALATING IT. Discovery you have always been the leaders in the field. Dont drop the ball now!!!
