Impossible to cancel Policy??

I called 1Life Direct Call Centre to request a cancellation on my life insurance I have sufficient cover through my new company I work for, I dialed number 3 on the phone for policy changes, after 10 minutes nobody answered the phone..I called again and dialed 1 for new business - the call was answered in 10 seconds..the consultant said I need to send an email to client services - after sending the email I received auto response that the email box was ful!!! I called again and they gave me a new e-mail address [Email Removed] after sending to cancellations I got auto response someone will contact me in 2 days, 5 days later and still no contact??? I PHONED AGAIN and asked to speak to a manger and after holding 10minutes they told me there is no line available through to the manager and insisted the manager will phone me back, its been another day and still no phone call or e-mail return to cancel my policy!!! WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!
