I put throug my claim in October last year and im still waiting for feedback from 24hr Mobility. i wrote a complaint inJanuary and some lady responded that she will look into it and we are in February. i am fed up with them, i call the call centre and the agents abondon calls on me when i demand to speak to this Donoven person. i think its time we reported this to MTN and notify them of how they are treating their customers. Thiy such an inconvinience.
To the lady that response to these complaints, i actually would like you to call me and tell me personally and get this matter sorted out. i am enough with this.
