Dear Credit Assist Application
I turned to Standard bank for a consolidation loan due to the fact that i was buried in debt, after a long struggle all the paperwork that was needed was finally submitted, I submitted the last documentation on the 3rd of December. The paperwork stated that it takes approximately 21 days for the bank to respond, today is the 3rd of February... I am really grateful for a chance to decrease my debt payments but come on, I have been struggling with debt problems for a good year now, I need a solution right now, I cannot be put on hold like this anymore. I tried speaking to one of their consultants and all they tell me is that they have alot of applications and the documents still needed to be submitted to the managers? I am so tired of fighting with Standard bank, all i want is my solution now please. If i cannot be helped they must inform me so that i can make the necessary arrangements to switch to another bank.
