I called absa bank in December last year to report a credit card. how absa approved a credit card application for me when I didn't apply for a credit card. to date nothing has been done about this. im now listed for a credit card that has been maxed at R37000 which was opened on the 16th October 2013. I got this information from absa and they still doing nothing about this.
Dear absa, FIX THIS NOW. My next step is the ombudsman for banking. this is why I don't bank with you, you are unreliable. I don't have time play your lazy games.
