3weeks and still no card debit order not reversed

1) My cheque card was swallowed by the Birchacres Mall ATM on 08/01/2013 for reasons unknown to me. On 10/01/2013 I went to report this at the Woodbridge branch and I was put onthe phone with the card division, where they said I would get my card in a week. 7Days later, I get a call saying my card is in Port Elizabeth, which was confusing because I repeatedly told the lady on the phone that I wanted my card delivered in Woodbridge. 30/01/2013 I phone the card division and they tell me my card is in Kempton Park, 31/01/2013 I go to that branch and they tell me my card is in Festivall Mall, 03/02/2013 go to Festivall Mall branch and there is still no card for me. 2) 02/02/2013 a debit order unknown to me goes off on my account. 03/02/2013 Festivall Mall branch cannot reverse the debit order because there is no branch code on their system for my branch which is the North End branch. I am advised by the lady working there to go from JHB to PE (North End) and get my branch code because she cannot reverse the debit order without the branch code. She does however stop any further debit orders from that company but I still do not have the money that was debited from my account on 02/02/2013
