I have called MiWay to add another vehicle on my portfolio, Christina was so kind to assist me within 10 minutes and gave me clear explanations of what the portfolio will look like after update. She also explained all the necessary details of the policy and when will it kick start and what is needed from my side. She has been of great assistance because whilst we were still finishing up the telephone conversation, I noted that the updates were done because I immediately received and email from MiWay with regard to my policy. I therefore commend Christina for being a diligent assistance to services we paying for in MiWay, she also asked a very much relevant question, "When will you add you home items in your policy? " This was a very polite but a good question from an insurance company.
