I called MiWay with intention to cancel the policy due to non-satisfactorily assistance in the prevoius call made. Today, I called Mi way and was assisted by Mr Tlhapi who approached me professionally and listen to my problem. He asked me question politely up until we meet an agreement which favours my way.
