I send an e-mail inquiry to [Email Removed] on Wednesday, 27 November 2013 regarding the selling of my shares.
An automatic mail response with a reference number was send back to me notifying me that I will get a response within 48 hours.
On Friday, 29 November, I send a follow-up mail requesting response on my first mail. Once again I received an automatic mail response with a new reference number.
Up to now, I haven't received info on the original request.
I had similar previous experience with Old Mutual.
