I have requested a quote from outsurrance the year 2012 sometime, I wasn't happy with the premium and declines it as they couldn't beat my current at that time insurance. I wasn't inform about the" price beat" they pay me R400, witch I feel they had in inform me about it.
In january this year I notice the r400 promotiona again and asked them to beat my price they still couldn't and said because I had a qoute in the last 6months they could give me the R400 I advice them I wasn't inform about it and I work for a well know brand and its our duty to inform our clients if they qualify. I then only took my household insurance with them
I called them again as I would have liked my car also to be with them and they still couldn't beat the premium and they advise because I'm a exciting client I don't qualify. Where in their ad do they specify all these excuses they have been giving me. They advertise beat the price
And you get a R400
I feel this is unethical and I need to be compensate in some way as they are giving false advertising to the public.
