On the 13/8/2013 I cancelled my one policy (I have 2), because I would not benefit from it. I decided to keep my other one, I also advised them of my debit order change (nw account opened). All was confirmed and attended too, i then looked at my old bank account and saw that they never cancelled my one poilcy and never changed my debit order to my new account . which now accured unpaid charges. I have taken this matter up with the retention office Shaheed Suliman who advised that he will take it up with his manager. For I have requested them to reimburse my September and October unpaid fees. Up unitl today 12/11/2013, no one has contacted me. I have in the interm cancelled my last policy with them aswell. As they fail to to the basics right, I hate to find out what I will have to go through in order to process a claim.
