Internet banking reference

I cannot load wesbank as a beneficiary on my Internet banking as it keep telling me the reference is wrong.
So I looked on the web for a solution. I am not the only one with this issue, and I have already tried loading my old account number and that is also not working.

Come on guys get your act together.

Please call me that this can get resolved.

I am also sure the problem is not with Standard bank. So don't even give me that.
