FNB Randburg Square Service is not good

How can we help you-thats not what I got and 10 customers who were on the queue waiting to deposit their money when one teller left, and there was no one to replace him, we waited on the queue for over an hour requesting assistance and speedy service since it was lunch time. Some of us no matter how they try to explain how safe and convinient it is to deposit money through their atm's we still prefer to deposit it via the tellers, with that said the queue on the atms was very long and there was no one to assist some of the people there. When the customers started shouting and complaining vocally all the tellers and anybody within the proximity ignored them...
