I lodged a complaint with Hellopeter in the beginning of September 2013. To date RCS has not contacted me. I contacted RCS and was told that they have handed my account over to Easton Berry and Easton Berry does the updating of credit records on the credit bureaus. I contacted Easton Berry and was told that this was not true, RCS in fact updates credit records on the credit bureaus. I have been paying this account each and every month and yet on the credit report it shows RCS has been unpaid since 2011. No one at RCS has the decency to call me back and to update my credit report for this particular account.
