PATHETHIC SERVICE FROM U-COUNT REWARDS

In June I applied for a u-count rewards card with Standard Bank. On 8 July 2013 I called their contact centre to find out why I had not yet received my card, I was assured that the card would be sent to me. On 13 August 2013 I sent an enquiry to Standard Bank complaining that I still had not yet received my u-count card. The response I received was that my enquiry had been sent to U-count rewards Division and they would provide me with feedback. STILL WAITING. This u-counts rewards programme is a JOKE. The only good thing about it is the R1 per litre from Caltex, which will be reduced from December 2013. Hence, U-Counts seem to want to keep us hanging until the R1/per litre offer ceases. I know of other people who also have not received their cards as yet.
