I have had my smart device for about 6 months now and i have never claimed or had any correspondence with FNB insurance brokers. Now they send me a notice letter stating they will be doubling my premiums and i should be smiling. I called them to lodge a complaint about this matter and i could not be assisted. I was even surprised to learn that they don't have references for calls made to their call center. What's even worse is that they have even advertised that the devise insurance premiums do not increase on the FNB website. If FNB Insurance brokers insist on this steep increase they might as well refund me my 6 month premiums as i will not be a victim of their falls advertisement.
