I had an access loan with Standard bank which I made arrangements to settle. I received a settlement letter and paid accordingly in full and final settlement. This was back in 2011!!! Now I today I get called by DMC Debt management (Pty) Ltd telling me that they purchased the debt from Standard Bank and I now need to pay. This is ridiculous as the original debt is already prescribed and furthermore was settled according to the settlement received from Standard Bank. I still have all the documents. Sort this out as I am furious!!!
