Own SB staff member disappointed by SB Home Loans

I work for Standard Bank, therefore my personal and account information is on a myriad of internal and external systems.
I also have an existing Bond with Standard Bank.
Having applied for a new Bond for a second property, my own Home Loans department was oblivious to the fact that I am a staff member and have set incorrect interest rates for my new Bond.
I now have to make phone calls and requests to have this reviewed and corrected, which I then need to call in for feedback after 3 working days, halting the process with the originating and transfer lawyers.

Mistakes will happen, but what has astounded me is that since I already have an existing Bond, all of my details are already present on the various systems. This shows that quality checks and balances are not carried out and I am disappointed to say that the brand I promote is not giving me much reason to hold our flag up high to prospective customers.
