Lack of interest, incompetancy

I have been an ABSA client since i was 16, i have recently (September 2012) become a platinum client not that it means much to ABSA as they still treat you like your unworthy of there time.

I have a bond and have had 2 vehicles finaced through Absa and all my accounts are with them, i have never defaulted and i most certainly think i shoudl be a values customer especially when they have just granted me my second bond in Dec 2012.

I have had my internet banking blocked and recieved threatening text messages about cutting off my credit card as i am not FICA approved on there system.

My question is how is it that they have changed my account from Silver to Platinium, re issued all my cards in my new married name, issued me with a second bond and all this without FICA documents.

i have taken my documents personally to them 3 times and then tried again in Kloof to hand in my FICA last weekend to be told you are FICA approved we dont need that.

Not sure how the gremlins got into the system and wiped my FICA out from Saturday to date and once again im NOT FICA registered with ABSA...

Seriously frustated and completely going to call Steve or FNB to move across!
