Dimension Life started deducting money from my account without me ever taking out a policy with them. I called the call center and a lady by the name of Nomsa took my details and promised to call back within half an hour. One hour later I called back after not getting a call from her she promised, only to find out that she was on lunch. I then asked to speak to a supervisor/manager and the person who took the call refused to put me through. I got irritated and demanded to speak to a supervisor. The person then dropped the phone in my ear. I called back and told him that if he doesn't put me though to a supervision that there would be trouble. He told me to OFF and dropped the phone again. I'm not sure what kind of company this is but there does not seem to be any structures or control in place.
