I tried to update my profile for my retirement annuity as they have the wrong cell phone number.
I asked for password to change this.
I answered correctly the questions such as fathers name and mothers maiden name and first name.
They said wrong and disabled my account.
Phoned the call center held on for 20 minutes no help.
Used the help email address and they replied unable to help please phone call center.
So I must pay and waste more time holding on for no one.
I gave my correct phone number to the help email.
Why cannot they phone me to fix their problems.
What makes this worse I raised the wrong cell phone number with Old Mutual several years ago.
No idea of customer service.
