No Delivery of Tablet

My husband really wanted a tablet for his birthday, so when seing the advert on FNB's website advertising tablets I applaid for the apple I-Pad immediately. After telling my husband about his surprise he said that I must change the order to a Sumsung tablet. The very next day I tried phoning to cancel the I-Pad and make the changes but could'nt get through. The next day I phoned and without any trouble changed the order. The next week I received a call from the courier to ask for my address and I was very pleased with the fast delivery, but when I received the package I saw that it was the I-Pad and NOT the Samsung tablet. I phoned FNB and they arranged for it to be collected again and promised to send the Samsung within the next few weeks. It has now been nearly 3 months and still I have not received anything. I have been paying for the device and insurance. I have phoned a few times and everytime they promise to send it. My husband's birthday was in May and I could not give him his present. Hopefully it will arrive in time for Christmas.
