Hi I have claimed for the lost hand set from the 21st of April still no joy. I call their call centre no answer, no body answer their phones it rings till you give up I don't know how they run their business!!! On the 29th they email me the list of the cell phones to choose from for my replacement, I chose the cell the cell that I won't till today no respond I have been emailing wanting to know the state of my claim but no body bothers to attend to my query. I am so desperate I don't know why am I paying for the insurance every month and this is the service I get??? Extremely disappointed and desperate. F Mbatha
