Debit without consent -?

I was informed that my debit had gone unpaid & when I arrived today at Nedbank, Mount Edgecombe I found that my account had been overdrawn. I then did a deposit of R100.00 so that I could get a balance statement. I noticed 2 debits on my account which I was not aware off. 03 April 2013 for R459, 80 and 02 May 2013 for R515, 20 both with reference VMFA2110. I then enquired and was asked to contact the Nedbank call centre *7000 from the bank and spoke to Lucy Nadasen and was informed the debit was made by Nedbank recoveries and as per Nedbank policy cannot be reversed, I for her supervisor and was left hanging for 20 minutes. I then contacted Nedbank Recoveries Dept in Durban on 0313673700 and spoke to Antonette (last name not given) who stated Yes Nedbank can debit my account without my consent and there is nothing I can do about it. I called Nedbank but was not allowed to ask questions & was told to listen. I have been under debt review since 2011& have a court order, I am paying in accordance with the court order & monies are distributed via a distribution account. I am not in default with payment. You took R975, 00 without my consent is it not considered? Closing my account
