WE HAVE A 10MB ADSL LINE WITH TELKOM WE HAVE REPORTED A FAULT WITH THEM FOR THE LINE SPPED BEING BELOW 400KB FOR PAST 2 WEEKS AND ALL WE GET TOLD THERE IS A TECHNICHAN IS WORKING ON WE CAN NOT BELIVE THAT A TECHNICHAN CAN BE WORKING ON IT FOR TWO WEEKS WITH NO FEED BACK AS OUR BUSSINESS OPERATES ...
