Bad experience
On Friday, 26 April 2013, whilst in the area I went into Spar Value Mart in Pretoria to get toilet paper. I noticed shelves and shelves stacked with Baby Soft toilet paper (18 rolls) at the shelf price of R49.99. These price tags were on each shelf. I took photos as proof. When trying to pay I was ...
