I purchased a Groupon item on 20/05/13, received delivery 03/06/13. On testing items, I found them 2 b faulty. On 4/06, I contacted the Call centre 2 have goods exchanged for items that worked, only 2 btold that they don't do exchanges! The T&Cs clearly state "defective products would be ...
