I bought a Hisense TV from Game Westgate in November 2023, and the television was bought with cash. The TV gave problems on 06/03/2024 as it did not power on. I returned the TV on the same day, and it was repaired and returned on 09/04/2024. The TV worked until 29/04/2024 when it started switching off on its own. I reported the issue, but the store has not taken the TV even though I was given the ticket number. I require assistance with the problematic TV.
