I refer to the call made to DSTV helpcentre on 05 February 2014 as a followed up to my query lodged a week earlier. I spoke to a VERY RUDE Lerato Charline Molope who had nothing to say except to be rude and arrogant to me. I have tried in vain to give her the history of the matter and seeing that she was failing to asssit me with the said query - I requested to speak to her supervisor. after waiting for more than 5 minutes on hold - she arroagantly told me that none of the supervisors are available. We live in hard times currently with the state of the economy and arrogant attitude is the last thing I as a client expect from a service centre agent especially since there is money involved. I am sitting with a big issue now regarding choices that 1 of the multichoice service agent choose for me. How long must I wait until I can eventually be able to assess services that I paid for???
