I JUST WANT TO MAKE A PAYMENT

I HAVE CALLED NRB SOLUTIONS LITERALLY 12 TIMES YESTERDAY-14.01.2013 TO GET A LETTER WITH MY OUTSTANDING BALANCING AS WELL AS THE BANKING DETAILS. ALL I INFORMED ALL 12 AGENTS IS THAT I WANT TO PAY MY ACCOUNT IN FULL AS I WOULD LIKE TO CLEAR THIS ACCOUNT AND HAVE IT CLOSED AND I DO NOT WANT TO BE CONTACTED BY NRB. 4 AGENTS HAVE PROMISED TO SEND THE LETTER. I GET TO WORK THIS MORNING AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE LETTER VIA EMAIL. I CONFIRMED MY EMAIL ADDRESS 12 TIMES. MAMPELE WAS THE AGENT ASSIGNED TO MY ACCOUNT AND SHE NOT ONLY WAS RUDE TO ME BUT SHE ALSO DROPPED THE CALL ON ME. MY LAST CONVERSATION WITH HER WAS AT 15:57 AFTER HOLDING ON FOR 23 MINUTES. SHE PROMISED I WILL GET THE EMAIL BEFORE THE END OF THE DAY YESTERDAY-14.01.2013... STILL NOTHING. THESE PEOPLE ARE QUICK TO HOUND YOU FOR MONEY BUT WHEN U ARE WANTING TO PAY, THEY CANNOT HELP WITH A SIMPLE REQUEST!!! I DONT NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT THE ISSUE IS OR WHY IT IS SO DIFFICULT! ALL AGENTS THAT I SPOKE TO WERE RUDE & ARROGANT.THEY BEHAVE LIKE THEY ARE DOING ME A FAVOUR! I HAVE TELEPHONE RECORDINGS FOR ALL OF THESE CALLS. IF I DONT GET FEEDBACK IN 3 HOURS, I WILL USE THOSE RECORDINGS AS A REASON FOR ME NEVER PAYING THAT ACC!
