Fantastic Service

On the 3rd of January 2013 my sister-in-law and I were booked on flight JE412 from Cape Town to Bloemfontein with Mango. On our way to the check in counter, my sister-in-law had a nasty fall and sustained quite an ugly wound on her brow. We would just like to thank the two male medics of the Cape Town International Airport as well as another airport employee who were there to assist and help us all the way to the aeroplane. Unfortunately I did not get their names.

Secondly I would like to thank Mango for delaying the flight 20 minutes to wait for us to get on board. It is very rare to receive such great service in South-Africa lately and I am very greatful towards Mango and all the staff that were so kind and helpful towards us.
