I purchased a ticket from PE to Johanessburg KZTQXZ on the 16th of April leaving 01 Mat 06:35 arriving 08:10. This ticket was specifically booked like this as there is a meeting that needs to be attended in jhb. Today i received a mail stating that the ticket had changed and that the flight times were now 08:50 arriving 10:25. this completely misses the meeting. When calling your call centre, i spoke to Thambo who told me i had to take the ammended flight, or fly a day earlier as they will not refund my ticket! i strongly recommend that someone call me back as this can surely not be legal??? i did not change my times or ticket, why should i now suffer and have to fork out extra mone for a day extra of the loan car as well as accommodation??
