REFUND FOR RUBBISH SERVICE

I TRAVELLED TO JHB FROM DURBAN ON THE 27TH MARCH 2013 ALONG WITH 8 OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS, ON THIS JOURNEY WE ENCOUNTERED SOME PROBLEMS AT PMB, ACCORDING TO THE ATTENDANT 1 OF MY COUSINS WAS NOT ON THE LIST BUT HAD A TICKET, AFTER BEING LOCKED IN THE BUS FOR AN HOUR IN PMB WHILE THEY SORT THE ISSUE OUT.

OF THE 9 THAT TRAVELLED UP 5 RETURNED ON THE 1ST, MYSELF AND THE OTHER 3 1 PERSON FROM JHB TRAVELLED TO DBN WITH WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE 11AM BUS THAT LEFT T 11;20..THERE WERE PROBLEMS WITH THE BUS AIRCON THAT HAD WET SOME OF OURS AND OTHERS HAND LUGGAGE AND HAD LEFT WATER ALL OVER... THE DRIVER THEN STOPPED AT MONTROSE AND SAID WE MUST BE 20 MINUTES, AFTER 20MINS WE WERE ALL WAITING TO LEAVE WHEN WE ARE TOLD THAT A BUS IS ON ITS WAY AND WE WAITING FOR THAT DRIVER TO TAKE US BACK TO DBN, HE SAID THE BUS WOULD BE THERE IN 7MINUTES, WE WERE AT MONTROSE FOR ALMOST AN HOUR, THIS MAKING US DELAYED AND HAVING TO MAKE ALTERNATE TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS.
AFTER MOOI PLAZA THE BUS THEN BROKE DOWN WITH NO PETROL WE SAT FOR 2-3 WITH NO ASSISTANCE FROM ANYONE, AFTER ABT 2-3 HOURS AN INTERCAPE BUS ARIVED THAT WE HAD GIVEN MOTHERS WITH KIDS A LIFT, TO GET TO DBN STATION TO A RUDE ATTENDANT.REFUND PLEASE
