I travelled overseas on holiday on the 15th of March for 3 weeks and booked a valet service from AirCare CarPark to collect my car at the airport. They were supposed to park it and deliver it to me at the airport
when I arrived back in the country.
Before the departure they confirmed the departure time as well as my expected time of arrival at the
airport. They also called me on my cell phone on the evening of the departure to confirm that everything
was still on track.
I arrived at the airport and they were waiting for me to collect the vehicle.
On arrival it was my responsibility to call them to arrange that they bring the vehicle back
to the airport. Again it was them that called me to confirm that I had landed on time and
by the time I had cleared they had called me again to confirm that the vehicle was
already at the airport.
I just had to meet the driver at the agreed point and collect the vehicle.
