As predicted - no solution

(see previous posts) - We were invited to a QVC 'Transfiguration' presentation yesterday. Informed by Billy that this would be the solution to my ridiculously high management fees (more costly than 1 week cash holiday) and the problems with booking/availability as experienced by so many others. I hoped QVC had come to their senses and rectifying their one-sided business plan. The following transpired -
1) For some reason ("systems were down"), our profile wasn't available. Yet other consultants didn't seem to have a problem with their lap tops and their customer's profiles.
2) The 'solution' / 'transfiguration' was to purchase minimum 10 points and then get transferred from QVC to LVC. Apparently this would solve all the problems.
3) The reduction in management fees would be less than R 1000, so no real solution there.
4) Within 10 minutes the sales consultant admitted to QVC's customer problems, and also that he couldn't assist.
5) The entire matter came down to: Do we invest in another 10 points and take QVC's word that this would solve the booking/availability issues?
Based on our experience: easy answer - RUN LIKE, and thanks for the mid week gift
