I booked my honeymoon trip via Avocatur to Thailand, and I must say they really provide a great service.
Apart from the hotel not having had a booking for our arrival in Phuket the first night, they quickly made arrangements for us to stay at another hotel for the evening and collected us the next morning, everything else was great! Leshana was very professional, went out of her way and was extremely helpful. We even had a representative call us and meet up with us in Phuket to explain our activities and accommodation arrangments whilst visiting there. He was on standby 24/7.
I would really recommend this company to everyone! Well Done Avoca!
