I wish to compliment Avoca Travels for their service excellence in the travel industry. I visited Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Bangkok on vacation in Jan 2013. A total package including all flights, all transfers and accommodation was booked through Avoca Travels, Durban. The package was well planned and offered good value for money. I found the Avoca Travels staff, in particular the consultant Sakina Khan to be extremely helpful, obliging and of course competent. I am pleased to mention that Sakina always listened to my suggestions, returned all my telephone calls and replied to all my emails. This is what made my trip so much more enjoyable, hassle-free and memorable. Thanks Avoca Travels for a job well done.
